The apartments are not so big, but should be enough for a small western or bigger filipino family :-)
They have a guard 24/7 and a gate, but this area is quite safe. It's a little bit off the main road but taxis can easily be called to the gate. Close to Country Mall and about 10 minutes to Ayala in taxi.
We talked to the nice owner and she told us back in May that they were about to finishe another building which would consist of 1 and 2BR apts.
Price includes internet cafe, and internet in room(not sure what connection). Excludes electricity, water and gas. 1 month advance and 1 month deposit. They had a small coffee shop and it looked like a nice run place, although I haven't stayed there myself.
